From 18 to 20 May 2012, was "iWeekend Navarra", an event focused on entrepreneurs in the field of new technologies that aims to promote the collaborative spirit which since 2007 has been organized in different cities throughout Spain, Mexico , Russia, India and China, thanks to entrepreneurs who seek to bring this experience to their communities.
In this event, in which three ARPA Lawyers Consultants professionals participated as mentors, met about 50 people of various talents, professions and objectives throughout the weekend to work together to develop four business ideas.
These four ideas ,selected through a voting process and adhesions by the participants of a total of 17 , were the following ones:
- Dekobuu: A forum for bringing together designers, manufacturers and buyers of furniture and decorations original and personalized. This idea was eventually won the event.
- Recomiendo: A project aimed at construction professionals and focused on their potential customers, with contact information and reviews from previous customers to provide an added value.
- XKT: A community of skaters, where you can share common interests and organize events.
- Living In Navarra: A project of linguistic and cultural exchange that aims to attract the Anglophone people to the rural environment of Navarre.
As a newness of iWeekend Navarre, the selected ideas will be further developed in a business incubator for six months, in which they will be provided of free advice from any of the experts participating in the event.
